6.Then take and ink bottle and dip the nib in it and write with your very own quill pen.

5.Then take a fine thin blade and cut a line straight through the tip of the pen.

4.Then give a slanting cut like how a fountain pen would be and o top of the slant cut use a scissor and cut each side slanting so the meet each other at a tip.

3.Then cut of the tip were you will be writing from and pull out the particles inside until it is completely hollow.

2.Then take a very sharp blade and cut off the smaller feather strands off the membrane so that you have enough space to grip the quill properly.

1.First take a  feather that has a thick rigid plastic like membrane at the bottom (Turkey or Swan feather is preferred).Always make sure the feather is a wing feather.
